6:30 p.m.   -   Dinner and Appetizers
7:30 p.m.   -   Guest Speaker
7:50 p.m.   -   Recognition of Sponsors
8:00 p.m.   -   Live Auction
9:30 p.m.   -   Silent Auction bids close
10:00 p.m. -   Closing

Saturday, November 7, 2009:
10:00 a.m. - Golfer Registration
10:00 a.m. - Warm Up on Driving Range
11:45 a.m. - Report to Carts
12:00 a.m. - Shotgun Start (4 person scramble, Closest to the Pin contest)
4:00 p.m.  -  Lunch/Cocktails/Prizes
