Shipping & Delivery
The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this website passes onto the purchaser when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier. If you receive a damaged item, notify the delivery person immediately. Do not discard of any packing material or broken items.

In the event a replacement item is needed, a damage claim number from the shipping company is required.  Once you have received a damage claim number, please contact GolfSAGA for an item replacement.

Returns & Warranty
All items sold by GolfSAGA are warranted to be free from defects of material and workmanship. Any alteration or improper use will void this warranty. Warranty is limited, at our option, to the replacement, repair, or credit of the merchandise. The determination of all warranty claims will be at the sole discretion of GolfSAGA.

We are committed to providing the best customer satisfaction possible. We will gladly refund any defective item, within 30 days of receipt of your order. You may return products that:

- Are in their original packaging.

- Are not damaged due to excessive wear.

- Are not damaged or worn.

Once we have received your return, conducted an inspection of the return, and verified that your return meets the above guidelines, a full refund for the sales amount will be issued. All applicable sales taxes will be refunded. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
